SAR24.org – SEARCH & RESCUE 24/7
OUR STORY
More than just an organization, a pioneering rescue brotherhood in Latin America.
SAR24.org – SEARCH & RESCUE 24/7 was born from real-world mountain experience, where every decision can mean the difference between life and death. We did not emerge as a traditional organization, but rather as a response to an urgent need: a professional, rapid, and highly specialized system capable of operating in extreme environments where conventional aid cannot reach—or arrives too late.
Our story begins in the Andes—one of the world’s most demanding mountain ranges—where professional guides, rescuers, and mountaineers joined forces after facing numerous critical situations during high-altitude expeditions. These experiences taught us that prevention, preparation, and the ability to respond immediately are the fundamental pillars of saving lives.
Today, SAR24.org – SEARCH & RESCUE 24/7 operates according to international standards, adapting to diverse geographies and challenges—from glaciers and technical peaks to remote, hard-to-reach areas. Our mission is clear: to mitigate risk, act with precision, and save lives in the planet’s most extreme environments.
We firmly believe that the best rescue is the one that never becomes necessary. That is why we work to implement comprehensive safety systems that include constant monitoring, satellite communication, evacuation protocols, and specialized training in wilderness first aid.
SAR24.org – SEARCH & RESCUE 24/7 is more than just a response team; it is an international brotherhood committed to safety, operational excellence, and respect for the mountains. Every member shares a common purpose: to be ready when needed most, regardless of altitude, weather, or the complexity of the terrain.
Today, we continue to grow, strengthening strategic alliances worldwide and developing new technologies for mountain rescue, with an unwavering goal: ensuring that no mountain emergency goes unanswered.
