What Is NOT Included?

High-Altitude Mountaineering Above 4,600 m: The standard membership does not automatically cover field medical transportation above 15,000 feet / 4,600 m without the special package.

High-Altitude Supplement: The High-Altitude Evacuation Package incurs an additional cost and is not included in the US$1,550 price unless expressly stated in your quotation.

Hospital and Medical Expenses: This membership does not replace comprehensive medical insurance. Hospitalization, surgery, medications, and subsequent treatments may require additional coverage.

Independently Arranged Rescues: If a member independently hires a helicopter or service provider without coordination by Global Rescue, the expenses will not be reimbursed.

Is helicopter evacuation included?
Helicopter evacuation may be included, depending on the selected plan and the circumstances of the emergency.

Does Mountain Rescue Card include medical evacuation?
